Jordy Sos online orders are shipped from our studio in Mullumbimby, NSW, Australia.

As each garment is made to order to minimise wastage and ensure our sustainability goals are met, please allow between 3-4 weeks for delivery.

During sale and promotional periods, please allow extra time for dispatch.

Australian Orders

All Australian orders are eligible for free standard shipping domestically. Jordy Sos delivers within Australia using Australia Post and Sendle.

International Orders

International shipping for rest of the world is A$35. 

Jordy Sos delivers globally with DHL Express International.

International Customs and Taxes 

Jordy Sos do not hold responsibility for any customs charges or local taxes due to international shipments. Please check with your country's tax authorities. Unfortunately, we are unable to calculate these fees at the time of purchase.

Stolen or Damaged Parcels 

Once your order leaves our Mullumbimby studio and is handed over to the designated courier, the responsibility for its safe and timely delivery shifts to the courier company. Jordy Sos do not guarantee delivery dates or timeframes.

Jordy Sos is not liable for any issues that may arise during the shipping process, including but not limited to misdelivery, lost packages, or delays. We encourage you to directly contact the courier company responsible for delivering your order, if you encounter any delivery-related concerns.
